Join me and feel the slow build, power and dynamics as we get our hearts beating. Feel the stress ebb away and breath with the flow in this mindful but energetic Power Vinyasa Flow class.

Release the stress as the class takes you to the mat to reset your body and mind. Relax at the end in a guided meditation.

Beginners Courses

Baffled by an eagle pose or a downward dog. Interested in meditation but not sure where to start. Spend time to immerse yourself in the basics. Join me for one of my beginners series. Start with safe alignment and how that feels in your body. Learn how to breath and how to flow (Vinyasa) safely between poses (Asanas). Learn how to build strength and resilience by toning and streamlining your muscles. Let me guide you in finding the meditation that works for you. By learning the building blocks of this ancient art you take with you a wonderful practice you will carry with you for a lifetime.

Take your time to connect with yourself in this slow mindful flow. Focus on the journey and the now and feel the stresses of the day dissolve as you reconnect and breath.

A unique group of 2 to 5 friends and family. Maybe it’s a gentle start to you day, a giggle with loved ones or a connect with friends. Get the whole family involved for an early morning sun salutation or compliment your friends catch up with a connected session and feel energised and relaxed for your day.
